Van Vleck Observatory Trip

It was snowing heavily in Scituate, but about 17 Skyscrapers crossed the border into Connecticut in search of clear skies-and found them-at Van Vleck Observatory.

Member Glenn Jackson at the eyepiece observing Jupiter.  The red spot and other festoons were readily apparent and the Galilean moons were easily resolved into small discs by everyone.
